Returns & Refund Policy
Here at Forbid Clothing, customer service is our priority. We want to ensure that your experience is seamless, convenient, and happily memorable.
We offer a store credit or exchange on items if:
- The product has not been worn, altered, and/or washed and is in a resalable condition.
- The product has not been damaged whilst in the customers possession.
- The product is in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- The customer has original sales receipt.
- The product is returned within 7 days. Please email us at admin@forbid.com.au or call us on 0498 498 123 to discuss.
- Forbid Clothing jewellery, sale items and gift vouchers are not eligible for returns.
- Also, due to hygiene reasons we are unable to offer or accept returns, refunds exchanges or store credits on our jewellery, please choose carefully.
Returned items are at the expense of the customer and we recommend a trackable method.
Forbid Clothing takes no responsibility for return items lost in the mail.
When returning Goods, please include the following:
a) Order Number with explanation of reason for return/comments.
b) Your contact details, including email address and phone number

FAULTY RETURNS
You as our customer are the reason we are here, we will provide you with the highest quality products, we also further conduct a comprehensive check of your product prior to it being sent to you.
If you have purchased an item that you believe has a manufacturing fault, please contact us at admin@forbid.com.au and we will try and resolve the issue as efficiently as possible.
If the product has a minor fault, then we have the right to repair the fault to the product. If we believe the fault cannot be repaired then then we will replace the product, which matches your original purchase. However, if we are unable to repair or replace your faulty item then we will give you a store credit to use.
